# Installing Scripts

General installation checklist for BrunX Mods FiveM scripts.

Use this checklist for BrunX Mods scripts. Always follow the **product-specific guide** when its instructions differ.

### Locate your download

Use the delivery method in your order confirmation or the product listing. Keep the original resource folder and bundled documentation together.

### Verify compatibility

Read the script's requirements for your framework (Qbox, QBCore, ESX or standalone, where supported) and install only the dependencies specified for that script.

### Configure the resource

Review the bundled configuration files. Apply required database migrations only if the product documentation includes them. Avoid editing protected or escrowed files.

### Start dependencies first

Add the product and required dependencies to your server configuration in the order documented for that script. Do not copy another product's resource names or settings.

### Test and troubleshoot

Restart the server, check the F8 and server console logs, and test the core features. If the resource fails to start, review [Help & Support](/brunx-mods-docs/help-support.md).
